Specific graphene architectures at the macroscopic scale are paramount for exploring new functions and practical uses of graphene. In this study, macroscopic, freestanding, and tubular graphene (TG) architectures were successfully fabricated through a versatile and robust process based on the annealing of cellulose acetate (CA) on Ni templates. These TG architectures can be obtained as woven tubes with diameters of approximately 50 μm; they possess high graphitic crystallinity, strong electrical conductivity, and favorable corrosion resistance. The effects of processing parameters, such as annealing temperature, annealing time, and amount of CA, on the graphene properties of these architectures were investigated and are discussed in this paper. The graphene properties were characterized through field emission scanning electron microscopy, high-resolution transmission electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy, Raman spectroscopy, four-point probe resistivity, and electrochemical measurements.  相似文献

The miniaturization and three dimensional die stacking in advanced microelectronic packages poses a big challenge to their non-destructive evaluation by acoustic microimaging. In particular, their complicated structures and multiple interfaces make the interpretation of acoustic data even more difficult. A common phenomenon observed in acoustic microimaging of microelectronic packages is the edge effect phenomena, which obscures the detection of defects such as cracks and voids.In this paper, two dimensional finite element modelling is firstly carried out to numerically simulate acoustic microimaging of modern microelectronic packages. A flip-chip with a 140 µm solder bump and a 230 MHz virtual transducer with a spot size of 16 µm are modelled. Crack propagation in the solder bump is further modelled, and B-scan images for different sizes of micro-cracks are obtained. C-line plots are then derived from the simulated B-scan images to quantitatively analyze the edge effect. Gradual progression of the crack is found to have a predictable influence on the edge effect profile. By exploiting this feature, a crack propagation characterization method is developed. Finally, an experiment based on the accelerated thermal cycling test is designed to verify the proposed method.  相似文献

基于激光诱导荧光(LIF)技术开展了5×5棒束通道内定位格架搅浑特性的可视化研究。常温常压下,通过示踪染色剂(RhB)浓度分布表征流体微团的搅浑行为,清晰展现染色剂溶液在定位格架作用下的搅浑扩散过程,获取格架下游流场的搅浑信息。采用自验证方法分析验证LIF技术测量的准确性,重构棒束通道内径向与轴向染色剂浓度分布,对比带定位格架与不带定位格架的实验结果,得到定位格架对其下游流场的影响范围及不同棒束子通道所受搅浑程度的差异,并以变异系数量化格架对流场搅浑性能的强弱。实验结果表明:定位格架能快速搅浑流动工质,其搅浑翼片分布形式的差异是造成不同子通道交叉搅浑强弱及各向异性的主要原因。本实验工况(Re=10 478)下,格架对其下游流场的作用范围约为8倍当量直径(Dh),流动工质在格架下游5Dh附近所受搅浑最为剧烈。  相似文献

综合使用光线追踪法和点盒位置判断理论,提出了一种高效的钢板筒仓太阳辐射阴影区计算方法,并通过试验验证了该方法的计算精度。分析了钢板筒仓加盖和不加盖、满仓和空仓时太阳辐射非均匀温度场的时空分布规律,其中不加盖空仓时的太阳辐射非均匀温度场对结构最为不利。不加盖空仓时钢板筒仓结构正温差温度效应最大,与不考虑太阳辐射均匀温度作用工况相比,最大温度变形、最大温度应力、支座最大径向反力分别增加了135%、85%、85%,支座环向反力从0kN增加到132 kN,建议在工程设计中合理考虑太阳辐射非均匀温度效应。  相似文献

Life cycle assessment (LCA) calculates the environmental impact of a product over its entire life cycle. Uncertainty analysis is an important aspect in LCA, and is usually performed using Monte Carlo sampling. In this study, Monte Carlo sampling, Latin hypercube sampling, quasi Monte Carlo sampling, analytical uncertainty propagation and fuzzy interval arithmetic were compared based on e.g. convergence rate and output statistics. Each method was tested on three LCA case studies, which differed in size and behaviour. Uncertainty propagation in LCA using a sampling method leads to more (directly) usable information compared to fuzzy interval arithmetic or analytical uncertainty propagation. Latin hypercube and quasi Monte Carlo sampling provide more accuracy in determining the sample mean than Monte Carlo sampling and can even converge faster than Monte Carlo sampling for some of the case studies discussed in this paper.  相似文献

We report a correlation between magnetoresistivity Δρmag and magnetic entropy change ΔSmag for specified crystallographic directions of a HoAl2 single crystal. This ferromagnetic compound shows differentiated behavior among the members of the RAl2 series due to the presence of spontaneous spin reorientation. We discussed this effect in order to establish a relationship between the two quantities studied. The calculations were performed using a self-consistent model based on a Hamiltonian containing exchange, Zeeman and crystal field terms. We found that the normalized relation {Δρmag} = (T/TC)m{ΔSmag}, with m = 0.1 for the [100] and [110] directions matches satisfactorily the two quantities.  相似文献

Influences of testing technique and frequency on the fatigue behaviour of 50CrMo4 and EN AW-5083 were investigated. To clarify the effect of test frequency on the fatigue behaviour, tests with 20 kHz and f < 400 Hz were performed. The frequency effect can be caused by temperature, environment and strain rate. For the aluminium alloy, the influence of environment is responsible for the dependence of fatigue lifetime on the frequency. The fatigue lifetime of the steel showed in both environments similar frequency dependency, i.e. the strain rate is assumed to be responsible for the differences in fatigue lifetime.  相似文献

The ignition characteristics of combustible solids are affected by many factors such as material properties, external heating source, and surrounding environmental conditions. In practice, these factors can vary significantly from one application to another. Thus, it is important to evaluate the sensitivity and uncertainty aspects of the effect of these factors on ignition. This study attempts to achieve this goal through sensitivity and uncertainty analyses on the piloted ignition of fiber‐reinforced polymer (FRP) composite panels. A Monte Carlo simulation using the Latin hypercube sampling method was employed to conduct sensitivity and uncertainty analyses. An integral model combining a general thermal thickness model with a heating rate‐related ignition temperature criterion was used as the ignition prediction model. Time‐to‐ignition was evaluated as the output parameter against the variations of input parameters such as material properties, external heating source, and surrounding environmental conditions. In addition, to identifying important sensitivity factors and uncertainty ranges of piloted ignition, a critical thermal thickness was found for the composite panels. Short‐circuit tests for power circuit breakers and others require alternative short‐time current measurement, from a few kA to over several tens kA. However, the reference measurement system as a national standard or a specified secondary standard instrument to directly perform comparative test as a complete calibration test in high current class has not yet been established globally. The Japan Short‐Circuit Testing Committee (hereinafter referred to as “JSTC”) has therefore developed a shunt resistor that can be used as a standard instrument for high current measurement. Reference system using this shunt resistor is also considered by JSTC. The performance of the newly developed shunt resistor has been checked through several methods, such as resistance measurement, high power current test, high frequency current test, temperature rise test, and interference test. The results of the tests proved satisfactory performance. Resistance of the shunt resistor before and after the tests was invariant and stable. This makes the shunt resistor adequate for a reference in practical use. In addition, evaluation of uncertainty of the whole reference system including this shunt resistor satisfactorily fulfills the requirements of IEC 62475 edition 1.0, 2010.  相似文献

Cooperative warning systems have a great potential to prevent traffic accidents. However, because of their predictive nature, they might also go along with an increased frequency of incorrect alarms that could limit their effectiveness. To better understand the consequences associated with incorrect alarms, a driving simulator study with N = 80 drivers was conducted to investigate how situational context and warning urgency jointly influence drivers’ compliance with an unreliable advisory warning system (AWS). The participants encountered several critical urban driving situations and were either assisted by a 100% reliable AWS, a 60% reliable AWS that generated false alarms (without obvious reason) or a 60% reliable AWS that generated unnecessary alarms (with plausible reason). A baseline drive without any assistance was also introduced to the study. The warnings were presented either only visually or visual-auditory. In line with previous research, drivers’ compliance and effectiveness of the AWS was reduced by false alarms but not by unnecessary alarms. However, this so-called cry wolf effect (Breznitz, 1984) was only found in the visual-auditory condition, whereas there was no effect of warning reliability in the condition with visual AWS. Furthermore, false but not unnecessary alarms caused the participants to rate the AWS less favourably during a follow-up interview. In spite of these negative effects of false alarms, a reduction in the frequency of safety-critical events (SCEs) and an earlier braking onset were evident in all assisted drives compared with that of non-assisted driving, even when the AWS was unreliable. The results may thus lower concerns about the negative consequences of warning drivers unnecessarily about upcoming traffic conflicts if the reasons of these alarms are comprehensible. From a perspective of designing AWS, we recommend to use less urgent warnings to prevent the cry wolf effect.  相似文献
